What is Hanging Goat?

Hanging Goat is the trade name of PT Hage Prof Vertikale, a company built on community, movement, and a deep passion for climbing.

Originally established in 2018 under the name PT Prof Manajemen Indonesia, the company later shifted its focus toward developing Indonesia’s climbing ecosystem and unified all climbing-related operations under the identity Hanging Goat.
Our involvement in the climbing world began in 2019, when we took part in the development of one of Indonesia’s early indoor climbing facilities. This foundational experience gave us deep insight into the needs of climbers, gyms, and the rapidly growing industry.
Building on this foundation, we began developing Rock Island in mid-2024. A modern climbing gym in Bali that was completed in 2025.

Rock Island now stands as the largest indoor climbing facility in Indonesia as of 2025, featuring extensive bouldering and roped climbing areas designed for climbers of all levels. It reflects our commitment to creating spaces that inspire movement, connection, and personal growth.
In late 2024, alongside the development of Rock Island, we expanded further by partnering with several world-leading climbing brands. Today, Hanging Goat works closely with respected international partners such as:
